Harmony Home Care has been absolutely incredible in supporting my sister during a very challenging time. She is in end-of-care dialysis, requires support for schizophrenia, and is currently in medium-term accommodation. The team has provided consistent, high-quality 24/7 care throughout. They supported us through the entire process, helping transition her from SIL accommodation into medium-term accommodation, and have continued with round-the-clock care. Their support has been ongoing, compassionate, and reliable every step of the way. They go above and beyond — making sure she gets to all her hospital appointments and dialysis, and ensuring she is always well cared for and Julieth and the other support workers have been amazing, taking so much pressure off me and making me feel completely comfortable and confident in the care being provided. I cannot speak highly enough of Batra and her team. They have been outstanding — always going the extra mile, not just for my sister but also supporting me, my brother,and our whole situation. Their care, guidance, and compassion have been constant throughout. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Harmony Home Care to anyone needing truly supportive and dependable care.
