I've Been there last year and backup what look nice. High price, NDIS app took 8mth to get nowhere. I took 3 weeks to find my app was poorly done. And stories I've heard since make my negative feelings towards, high pressure to sign up to NDIS, Food quality v. Poor. Staff little understanding or experience in Health Service. (Kids). Poor communications amongst staff and clients and utter misuse of NDIS FYNDS. I didn't know NDIS CAN PAY FOR KFC, MULTIPLE ANIMALS PETSfor some. No repairs for physical issues. & THE WORST IS THE BUCK PASSING FROM MANAGEMENT & THE BLAME THEY MAKE YOU FEEL. MORE TO COME. DON'T GO TO THIS RESINCE. LOOKS ARE DECIEVING. I'VE NEVER HREAD OR SEEN ANYONE BY THESE NAMES THAT RATE 5 ⭐️ must be fake . Even the most comfortable residents would give it that. DODGY!!!

I resided here for 10 months. Management are exceptional. I have never met such caring and devoted people in my life. It is rare to meet people who genuinely care and go out of their way to accommodate you in every way. The building is a little older which gives you that contemporary home style feeling. A great small community within itself.

Mum has called Hawthorn's Victoria Gardens home for almost 10 years, and I have nothing but praise for the brilliant support she has received there in that time. A homely and caring environment, with mum's welfare always the primary concern for its operators. Thank you.

Strange as to why my first review is no longer visable when there are still full stars given, 4 years ago mainly from what I can see from previous support workers and none from actually resident's that I new from the time I was there. The truth is, this is what we give, a personal review for. It shows a unhappy business if they can not accept the good and the bad and then flag it with Google for it to be removed. As I left in my review, though I saw really what was happening with how NDIS was managed, I still had high hopes for this agency. There were really nice things about this agency. I now live in my own apartment. I have a great NDIS plan. I do all that I want and I don't pay for things that are not in my goal plan. SRS are not for everyone and sometimes they are just for a season. What I know now, renting a motel room, there's actually not that much difference in price depending on the location. So if you are on NDIS and you are trying to find accommodation and you think that being on your own is better, talk to your support coordinator, they are trained and have at the end of the day government qualifications to lead you through it. And if you are not happy with that agency, google NDIS and to what agency is near you. You have the right to be happy.
