Google MapsA Very Experienced Team also the Stuffs Total Knowledge of how a Traumatic Event can cause to someones life and the changes they go through also to the people who are close to them are Extrodinary. The Staff are Trained so well it is a much needed Regonisation to there Manager Sue Machattie for Her well studied known knowledge of this type of Injury and the Circumstances it can cause...This place is well managed as well as the acceptance of all Stuff and the Comfort they Present to the Individual's and there Immediate Family Members and or Relatives also..with out them the knowledge and experience they were taught, these and those people would have a different outcome or possibilities an there perspective outcome and sustainability. From a Very Happy consumer who has been with this place for many years now: Romeo Donolato

Google MapsI was so lucky to learn about Headstart at the beginning of my life as a carer after my husbands ABI. The CSW's that come & support him are fabulous & so well trained in ABI. Nothing seems too hard. They are always willing to try & find a solution to assist where they can.

Google MapsWill is great. When he’s out of the office... the other staff on the phone are shite. First phone call not returned after lengthy conversation. Third phone call... telling a mobility impaired person their only chance of help is to come to office. Would not provide assistance on phone and poor message taking/communication. I had to repeat myself and was given an option my disability prevents me from taking. So they would not accommodate my disability. I have dismissed them as my NDIS Coordinator.

Google MapsI would not recommend this company for support coordination. They are one of the worst in the area—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to communicate important information with family members. The staff handling coordination are rude and make an already difficult process even more stressful. The only saving grace is the care workers, who are kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to their clients. It’s a real shame that they are let down by the way this organisation is run. If you’re looking for proper support and transparency, I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere.
