My girls have been doing the athlete performance program at Health First Physio with Chris and we have been really impressed with the progress they have made. Chris does a great job of developing both their physical skills and mindset, helping them train with purpose and build confidence. The program is tailored to their needs and has had a noticeable impact on their strength, movement, and netball performance. We have seen a real improvement in their game, and they enjoy the sessions and the challenge of working towards their goals. Chris is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping athletes improve. Highly recommend the program for any young athlete wanting to take their performance to the next level.

I was referred to Health First NQ back in 2021 after elbow surgery. Sean ( Exercise Physiologist) Aided my recovery, he had a caring and practical approach. From then Leroy, Billy and the team have grown the local business. Now with excise physiologists, personal trainers and physiotherapists all operating out of a new fully fitted location. I’ve used their services over the years including personal training, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, physiotherapy post surgery. NQ First is now my all one health and fitness stop Highly recommend the team if you’ve got fitness goals or just a reset It’s 100% local.
