I have worked with several team members from healthy emporium and they have all been so helpful and insightful to different situations. I've been with this NDIS service provider for quite some time now, after the other one I was part of folded up. The staff @ healthy emporium are absolutely amazing & my NDIS coordinator Ariana & the rest of the staff @ healthy emporium are absolutely amazing as well. I was a client of Healthy Emporium from 2021 and have recently made the decision to leave. I am sharing this review because I believe other NDIS participants deserve to make an informed choice. Very sad I even have to write this. Over the last few years the quality of support coordination declined significantly. Tasks were repeatedly removed from the to-do list without being completed, including critical items (example CPAP machine) essential medical equipment. When I raised urgent issues — including a housing crisis involving black mould and a complex interstate move — I was not appropriately supported. I have since been advised by NDIS that funding for a removalist could highly likely of been arranged had my situation been escalated at the time I reported it. It was not. I feel unheard, unsupported, blindsided, and lack of advocacy. I also discovered that consent documentation on my NDIS file had not been completed since October 2025, despite being told it had been. As a Deaf participant, accessibility matters deeply to me. Healthy Emporium presents as a disability-friendly organisation, yet basic accessibility like captions on social media videos has been lacking, and my communication needs were repeatedly overlooked — including being offered phone calls after I explicitly requested email or SMS only. I do not feel my NDIS funding was used in my best interests. I had to advocate for myself through some of the hardest circumstances of my life with very little genuine support from my coordination team. Who are meant to support you. I have given this feedback before and it gets the same response as these google reviews “we take all feedback seriously” yet no improvement of these things. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to improvement for future participants or helps current participants to speak up. I would never recommend this company anymore at all!
