Google MapsThis is my second review I have given to Healthy Emporium - Support Coordinator (Chantel) Previous review was a form I requested from Chantel to send through to the company. This time thought I would leave a google review for anyone needing to change providers or would like a change. Since switching providers from a recommendation to Healthy Emporium about 2yrs ago has been the BEST decision I made. Chantel has been a godsend her support to our family professionalism, dedication, care and understanding of all things regarding NDIS as for most can be overwhelming, Chantel takes it in her stride. A BIG THANK YOU Chantel you have been truly AMAZING!! 👏😊

Google MapsVery sad to have to write this review, but I feel other families should be aware before engaging with Healthy Emporium for support coordination services. My son and I are no longer working with this company after an extremely disappointing and stressful experience that left us feeling unsupported, blindsided, and ultimately disadvantaged. My support coordinator at the time, Anna, failed to properly support me during the process of requesting additional funding for my son. Instead of feeling guided and reassured, I was met with resistance, hesitation, and a clear lack of advocacy. I was advised by Anna that while waiting for the outcome of the funding review, I should avoid touching a portion of my son’s funding altogether. This advice turned out to be incorrect and ultimately caused serious issues with the NDIS. When I was later questioned by our NDIS planner about why that funding had not been utilised, Anna was present on the call yet offered no clarification, accountability, or support regarding the advice she had previously given me. As a parent trying to navigate a complex system, I trusted the guidance provided by a professional support coordinator, and I now strongly believe that this major misjudgment contributed significantly to the reduction of my son’s funding. Unfortunately, my son is now the one suffering the consequences. Prior to this, Anna had already passed me on to another support coordinator, Imogen. On two separate occasions, Imogen failed to communicate with me and left me waiting around for scheduled calls that never came. There was no professionalism, communication, or courtesy shown. Families seeking support coordination are often already under immense pressure and rely heavily on competent guidance and advocacy. Sadly, this was not our experience with Healthy Emporium. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this company.
As a service provider on the Gold Coast working with the Healthy emporium team makes our life easy. The staff are exceptional and owner Kylie goes above and beyond to support our participants. If you are looking for a reliable, hard working SC company with amazing knowledge of the industry and the NDIS don’t look any further.
