I was referred to HESCA from reading feedback on a medical Facebook group and I must say my experience with the company has been amazing. They always have the products I want in stock and it's delivered fast. Signing up with them was quick and easy and I was able to order products quickly. I find the pricing fair and reasonable and they have a vast amount of products. Contact with them is easy, they will reply to email enquiries and answer phone calls promptly

HECSA is an amazing company to deal with!! The staff are so easy to speak to, placing orders is so easy & they are VERY prompt with deliveries. My orders always arrive in pristine condition, as I have ordered the items. The courier company they use, ARAMEX is wonderful as well. Never any issues when delivering, as my delivery always arrives within one - two days of processing. The sales rep I use Doug Smith, his product knowledge is second to none! If HECSA don’t carry it, Doug can usually source it. Price wise they are very competitive and as an NDIS client with many needs, they really are amazing!! I highly recommend HECSA to anybody looking for great old fashioned service, you won’t regret it!!😀🐾🐶
