HECSA has amazing customer service. Last week I ordered paediatric formula for my son, which was unfortunately out of stock. They called me to let me know and then, after I consulted our dietitian, helped me order a suitable alternative. The employee I spoke with was very kind and understanding. He inquired after how much nutrition we had at home, snd then ensure the order left the warehouse that day.
