Teacher are very arrogant and not professionals

Im seeing a behavioural therapist at my house the therapist was 1 hour late she did'nt inform me that she was running late i recieved no explanation the receptionist never called me or notified me with a apology i called and,spoke to the manager she was very apologetic and said there was a glitch in the system she informed me this issue will never happen again unfortunately it did happen i called the hessel group to cancel anappointment with my therapist which was a home visit she turned up to my house when i confronted her she told me she did'nt receive anything from the office staff or the manager when i called the hessel group the receptionist accused me of lying because she said they did'nt have a record of me calling them to cancel appointment i spoke to the manager she informed me that she had a record of me calling i told her i was very annoyed the receptionist is very complacent (slack)😡😥

I have been using Hessel for years as a support worker for a loved one. They are caring, responsible and employ respectful support workers. Every 12 months they inspect the premises to make sure that both the client and the support workers are working in a safe environment. They always get in contact if a worker is unavailable and are able to find a great substitute in time for the shift. If you need reliable and respectful support, I highly recommend them.
