Would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the whole team at Hessel Group who had been tirelessly working with Arzan Ridwan over the last few years. Today was indeed a big milestone for Arzan where he was able step of his comfort zone and took a giant leap towards getting himself vaccinated at the WCH Immunisation Clinic. The whole of last 2 years we have not been able to vaccinate him at all, however today Arzan got his flu vaccine shot. I had joined hessel group to complete my certificate III in individual support disability, and can definitely rate them 10/10, anytime I needed the help they had made an effort to make sure I was alright and supported all the way through, had 100% amazing Communication, even helped me get my placement. I highly recommend hessel group for studies as they have amazing staff that takes care of their students. 😊☺️ I’m extremely happy with the outcome.

From my experience the organisation is incredibly disorganised and is just after your money. Workplace assessor’s were consistently late/ cancelled. Do not go through private organisations for these courses, go through tafe.

1 star would be too much. Behaviour practioner Stephen last yr said could lock my son in a room. Sedate him. He was a very controlling person. Dictating and causing trauma. His bosses did nothing and his allowed to. A specialised ot interstate actually figured out things when it had been. The beh therapists job.
