My wife and I are both elderly and our son lives with disability. We have been with Hilda Care for two years now and they have been consistent the whole time. The same support worker most weeks, the same intake coordinator we can call when something changes, the same approach. After several other providers that came and went, this stability has meant everything to our family. Italian speaking support has been very important to us, and they have honoured this request.

I used to translate every conversation, every appointment, every interaction. Now my mother can speak directly to her support worker about what she needs, what she wants, how she feels.
