Hilda Care

Our family is Turkish speaking and finding a provider who understands both the language and the cultural side of things was difficult before Hilda Care. The team genuinely listens. When my brother needed a change in his routine for Ramadan timing, they adjusted without any fuss. They get it. That sort of understanding does not come from a checklist, it comes from having workers from the community.

I am a Support Coordinator and I have referred multiple participants to Hilda Care for psychosocial supports over the last year. What works for me is their intake process actually asks the right questions about clinical involvement, treating team coordination, and trauma history. Most providers tick boxes. Hilda Care thinks about the participant. Module 2A capability has been particularly useful for the complex referrals.

Hilda Care provides supports for my husband out in Wyndham. Macedonian speaking support workers were specifically what we asked for and they arranged it. Small detail but it matters when you are talking about someone who lives with disability and finds new people difficult. Same worker every visit, no surprises, easy to reach the office.
