Hilda Care

The first thing I noticed was that my support worker actually listens to me. Not just nodding while writing things down. Properly listens. Hilda Care has been good for me. I have been with them about 8 months now. Recommend.

I have had a great experience with Hilda Care. The team is professional, caring, and genuinely committed to supporting participants in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence. The staff are reliable, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to provide quality care and support. Communication is excellent, and they consistently ensure that participants’ needs and preferences are respected. I would highly recommend Hilda Care to anyone looking for compassionate and person-centred disability support services.

I refer to Hilda Care for participants with complex psychosocial needs. They work alongside the participant's clinical team rather than around it, and their intake process surfaces the right questions early. Communication with my office has been consistent. 9/10.

We have used several SIL providers over the years and Hilda Care is the first one where I have felt I could stop checking up on things. The staff turn up, they know my brother, they communicate with me when something changes. He has been with them since 2022. The home he lives in feels stable. We had to switch providers years ago because of housing instability — that has not happened here. With the 2026 SIL changes coming up, we did not want to switch again, and Hilda Care had already told us they were registered for 0138. 10/10.

My daughter has been with Hilda Care for about 14 months. What I'll say is they listen. When her support needs changed earlier this year, they sat with us, with her, and rebuilt the schedule rather than just telling us how it would be. The cultural matching also matters to our family. 10/10.
