Hls Healthcare

Andrew did our yearly service. As usual, he was on time, was happy to let our carers do their stuff before he started his work, and did it with a minimum of fuss. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about the HLS products.

I’ve always had a great experience with HLS Healthcare and their products. When my hoist was having an issue charging, it was quick and easy to get an appointment for a technician to come and take a look at it. Khalid came and spent two hours fixing the hoist, assuring me he wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed. He was very thorough, kind, professional and helpful. I was very appreciative that he understood what an important piece of equipment it is and that he persevered to find the mystery issue and repair it. Thanks Khalid!

A fantastic job was done on my automated system for my bed and the technician even stayed back to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you so much!

The service provided by the HLS team from start to finish during the quoting and installation of a ceiling hoist for our client was 10/10. Tyler was especially impressive with his proactive follow up and scheduling of the in-house demonstration of the newly installed hoist for all staff and the client, his product knowledge was fantastic and was prompt in providing follow up quotes for the slings.

Andrew the Technician was very polite and thorough with the service of my ceiling hoist. HLS is a very caring and reliable company that I would recommend to anyone.
