Humdrum Community

I love working with Humdrum. My son accesses multiple services with them and they have a number of exceptional therapists. All staff are friendly and helpful, and their app is easy to use. They provide wonderful support to individuals in an industry that can often be difficult to navigate.

So glad to have found this service. Strong focus on disability rights and client centred support. Thank you for the services provided for our family. The HUMDRUM app is awesome for self managed NDIS participants. And the support workers have good relevant experience.

I’ve come not to praise the puppeteer of Humdrum, but to pull aside the curtain he hides behind. People in power often claim their influence is for our own good, yet the manipulator twists goodwill into strings, and calls the tugging of those strings “leadership.” We’re told to be grateful as we’re nudged, guilted, moulded into shapes that suit him more than they suit us. The puppeteer says he builds a team, but the games he plays chip away at confidence, quietly, persistently, until doubt settles into us like dust. They say he is brilliant, that he sees things we do not. But if his brilliance requires our smallness, what kind of light is it? A candle? Or a spotlight turned on us so we cannot see who stands behind it? You’ve felt those whispered cuts, the praise that loops back into criticism, the “just joking” that stings too sharply, the silence that punishes more than words. These are not accidents. These are gears in the machine he built. And still we are told to trust him. That the discomfort is our growth. That the confusion means he’s challenging us. But honest leaders don’t bury you in riddles just to claim they’re the only ones who can solve them. So I ask you; if control must be hidden to work, is it guidance or manipulation? If reassurance always follows the wound, is it care or conditioning? I stand here simply to remind us of something we already know: that dignity isn’t a favour to be granted, that respect isn’t currency to be rationed, and that we are not marionettes built for someone else’s theatre. Let the truth be our applause; let clarity be our stage and let no one pull the strings of our worth ever again.

Awesome ... First contact, app ui, phone communication, relatability, follow up support and checkins. Within one week i was supported, again by an awesome support person. Highly recommend Humdrum THANKS AGAIN
