Don’t recommend. Was given this companies details as they raved about their services. I sent an email off enquiring about their services, had to chase this up several times to ask if anyone was going to reply. Was told a therapist would be in contact soon. 2wks go by and he finally calls. When questioned the wait time for a call his reply “I’ve been busy, but here now” I explained it doesn’t make me feel confident that you have time for my daughter he had no real response. If your providing therapy services I would hope for wicker and kinder responses especially when working with children of special needs and their parents.

Friendly and helpful people. Using the app is very easy. The app allows us to have control over advertising for support workers that suit our needs and pricing. Highly recommend Humdrum without hesitation.

I've been working through humdrum for 6 months ! To be honest I'm loving it. It is so practical and whenever you need assistance or support the team is there to help and assist in a very kind and understanding way. Well deserved 5 stars..

Humdrum is awesome. The website is so transparent and simple to understand. They offer insurances and superannuation and the participant is able to negotiate a base rate with their support worker team individually. The staff on the phone are friendly, very helpful and are not pushy for a participant to allocate(put on hold with the plan management agency) a huge percentage of their core funding. Rather they are absolutely wiling to assist you to increase the amount on hold whenever it is required. The process for this is also very simple. Humdrum ensure that both the participant and support worker understand the process involved with Humdrum including how the app works. Emma, one of their team members has been so helpful and understanding while I set up a Humdrum account and immediately linked me with my support team. Wonderful service, thank you !
