I can’t praise Dennis highly enough. After sustaining an injury on my right ankle resulting in extensive trauma needing surgery and follow ups physio sessions. I have been seeing Dennis for four months who has been absolutely incredible. Dennis demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. His customized treatment plan was effective in addressing my injury in a short timeframe showing improvement on a daily basis and at each step throughout my rehab process. Dennis is also very understanding and empathetic. I would most certainly and confidently recommend Dennis to others seeking professional exercise physiology care/assistance.

Where to start? Dennis is an absolute legend! After suffering an injury to my right knee Dennis worked really hard to give me greater strength and flexibility to enable me to keep doing the things I love and enjoy. He was exceptionally patient and encouraging whilst being totally engaging. His support and knowledge of what was right for me was amazing. Thanks a heap!

The team at Epping are amazing! I’m not a gym person, but here I have a fun and engaging workout to get my weight under control and my fitness levels up. My husband had a motorcycle accident a year ago and saw little improvement in his knee. He switched a few weeks back and is already seeing an improvement. Highly recommend people of all abilities come here. There’s passion and dedication that’s second to none.
