Integral Movement - Exercise Physiology

Bought my daughter down and was welcomed by Dennis and the team with great knowledge and experience working with children. My daughter does not want to leave the place any more as she has been coached by different members of the team and loved every member there.

I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for the entire team at Integral Movement, especially Dennis and Brad, for their outstanding service and dedication. From the very first visit, it’s clear that this is a team of professionals who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely care about the wellbeing and progress of each individual. Dennis and Brad bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session. Their ability to tailor exercise programs to suit personal goals and physical needs is exceptional. They explain each movement with clarity and purpose, making sure you're comfortable, confident, and getting the most out of every session. Their encouragement, positivity, and supportive approach make a real difference in staying motivated and on track. The whole team at Integral Movement fosters a welcoming and results-driven environment where clients feel supported every step of the way. Whether you're working through rehabilitation, improving mobility, or enhancing overall fitness, you're in the best hands. What sets Dennis and Brad apart are their positive attitude and encouragement. Whether you're recovering from an injury or working toward a fitness goal, they create a motivating and supportive environment that makes progress feel achievable. Their attention to detail and ongoing support make every session both productive and enjoyable. Thank you, Dennis and Brad, for your dedication and for making a real difference in people’s health and wellbeing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest Review I’ve been to many physios over the years, but none of them come close to Dennis. He’s exceptionally professional, genuinely friendly, and treats you like a person — not a number and definitely not a dollar sign. He goes out of his way to understand your pain, explain what’s actually happening, and work on the real cause instead of giving quick fixes. His experience shows in every session, and the effort he puts in makes you feel like he’s actually invested in your recovery. On top of that, his fees are very reasonable — something anyone can afford. This is my honest review: if you’re tired of physios who rush you or just want your money, go see Dennis. He actually solves the problem.

I can’t speak highly enough of Steph! She makes every session enjoyable and motivating. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my goals and challenges. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. I really look forward to our sessions. Thanks Steph!

Enjoying the sunset view at Integral Movement’s new location at Marnong Estate Winery. Amazing exercise physiology set up, complimentary tea and of course Dennis and Brad's dynamic partnership make for an awesome experience.
