Invigorate Pilates

Chantelle needs a medal for brilliant teaching and personal care. With ongoing back issues over years I added reformer pilates to my program. I hated it when I started with a 10 week pack. However had to sign up for next 10 weeks as there was a definite improvement. After next 10 weeks pilates was ok but experienced more improvement. Now after 2 years I love it!! I will have to do pilates now forever to keep my back strong.

My wife has had great results with Chantal after a horrible knee injury and i decided to try it out. I wasn’t sure what to expect… basically you walk in too smiles, amazing atmosphere and welcoming set up … next minute your working with Chantal on a specific program tailored to your needs … you blink and bam … an hour is over and you hear the words “your cooked!” The session is over … as you leave you feel refreshed and exhilarated from an amazing session but sad because the hour passed so quickly.
