Invigorate Pilates

After a terrible accident resulting in a severe knee injury, I went through so much rehab just to walk on my own again but it wasn't until I found Chantal that I started to get more confidence and strength in my knee. I knew of reformer Pilates from Pre-injury but I couldn't find anywhere on the gold coast suitable for my recovery but with Chantal's custom programs to each client no matter what your physical ability she makes sure you get the most of your class. I cannot recommend Invigorate Pilates enough. Not only is Chantal amazing at what she does she is also a beautiful kind person and cares about all her clients.

Chantal is the most amazing Pilates instructor I have ever had. She has an intuitive and deeply caring nature and her attention to detail (predominantly around correct technique) is what makes her stand apart from the crowd. I would recommend Invigorate Pilates to anyone that wants to heal their body from the inside out.

Chantal is an absolute angel. Her knowledge of Pilates is exceptional and she is constantly challenging me and I’m achieving things that I didn’t think I was capable of. She is kind and always professional. The community of people that she has created are like family and I really enjoy going every week.

I cannot recommend Chantal at Invigorate Pilates highly enough. She tailors her instruction specifically to your abilities and needs, and is especially skilled at targeting exercises to address specific problems. Invigorate Pilates has the whole range of pilates equipment, and Chantal ensures that you have exposure to each item of equipment, even the ones that may not be your favourite! Chantal is also the loveliest person, very caring and considerate and is passionate about pilates.

Chantal is one amazing human being, and Pilates Instructor to boot. I have been attending Chantal's small group reformer pilate classes for nearly 2 years after being at wits end with chronic lower back issues/pain. As an ex cross fitter and weight lifter who loves a challenge, pilates under Chantal's guidance has provided me a way to move and strengthen in a fun and careful environment. Keeping me interested, challenged, and more important moving on those days my pain flares up. Thank you Chantal.
