Khorban Care Solutions

We have been using Khorban Care since December 2018. I have found them to be extremely reliable., caring and keen to meet our needs.

I have had Khorban for about 3 years now. They always answer calls, always on time, and have a friendly management. The support manager is excellent, communicates well with my other suppose and allied health and helps me manage things with them too when I need it. Answers call on Sundays, and will book you in for Mondays if you need it. Great help all around for appointments, shopping, emergency pickups and whatever else you need. Checks on my medication and my groceries. Pure excellence!

I have been with Khorban Care for more than 7 years now. The quality of support has been excellent and I have always been able to rely on the team and support workers provided to me. I have always found it easy to communicate and meet with the management whenever I needed to. While I have occasionally had some challenges with communication with a few support workers over the many years, management has always listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a suitable match. They are quick to respond, usually within 24 hours and I have always felt listened to, valued and understood. They have helped me get out into the community better, do my shopping and attend my appointments - things I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. Compared to other providers I have used, I have found Khorban Care to be more reliable, easier to contact when I need help and always willing to listen and experience new things with me. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and dependable NDIS provider.

Having worked at Khorban Care Solutions since 2022, I can confidently say it remains one of the best care groups, providing exceptional NDIS services and supportive working environments . As a NO NONSENSE group, all their employees/staff are excellent and well trained. Tested and Trusted.
