The speech therapist at KTC was amazing and helped my son with his speech delay.

Great variety of allied health and supports available, with up to date technologies. Fantastic supportive team. Love the club set up with gym play area and extra curricular activities!

My son has been on the wait list for over a year. Managed to finally get a booking and then the new psych fell through. Was told he was on the top of the waitlist because of the fall through mid 23 and have heard nothing. Have emailed, called and texted to no avail.

here is my real review after accusing my partner of leaving a negative review under a fake account name which does not show on here .... my partner was faced by staff to move out of the disability parking spot ( even though she has disabilities ) to give preference to another person , this is discrimination and hypocrisy after letting the said preferred person stay in that spot for the entire duration of the session ( non disabled person sitting on phone watching video while child attended appointment ) , my partner was then banned from premise from the owners over this disability parking space which ultimately left no option to cease any further appointments , the owner himself even said he was willing to take the financial loss after my kids have attended for years over this person .. fine ill take my kids money elsewhere where it is appreciated .. i have also lodged a formal complaint to NDIS as discrimination against a disabled child or adult is highly offensive and illegal , they also charge for there own cancellations and charge for public holidays they dont work which is also illegal !! stay away by all means necessary!!!

We have just left KTC (OT/Speech & Psych) after over 2 years of service at both Parkwood and Yarrabilba respectively. It’s a shame as some of therapists are actually very good however the management/communication/administration is appalling and completely unprofessional. I’ll elaborate when I have more time.
