Kid's Therapy Club

If possible I don’t want to give star，I am not happy with service at Kid Therapy Club Yarrabilba because therapist is impatient.She don’t know how to Cooperate with children.The therapist always cancelled my appointment after I confirmed the appointment from phone messange sometime she cancelled my appointment before 1 hour my appointment…that is waste my time after we planing everything…I have to stop my son therapy and reception is asking is this I need last report regarding what my son already learning at Kid Therapy Club and anything need to improve…and I can bring the report to the new Ot,I agree and Kid Therapy charged me before I received the report, today I was received the report but the report is old report dated 3/7/2025.Kid Therapy club charged me 2 time but only give me 1 report ,is this correct?

We have been seeing Courtney (speech) for nearly 2 years now she has been amazing and my son loves her and has grown so much in his time with her. She has helped us all learn to communicate in a way that works for him.

Kids therapy club has helped my son in many ways, from speech to communication with the speech therapist. He also attends the teen connect and has such a good time, they do some really fun stuff with teens their age to help them socialise and the staff who join them are really compassionate and caring.

My son has been going to Kids Therapy Club at Yarrabilba for years and has had amazing experiences with the therapists and staff. We love their holiday camps, he has an amazing time and makes friends. Thanks KTC.

Kids Therapy Club’s Teen Konnect program has been an amazing experience for my son. Created friendships that are meaningful and lasting. Learning social skills and problem solving along the way. Highly recommend.
