Kid's Therapy Club

The pre prep programe is a joke as well as the owners have no idea what they are doing! I am still getting messages 6 months later regarding that we are on a wait list for things my child does not require nor did we ask to be put on the wait list for.. We actually asked to be taken off the wait list for everything after they tried everything to get more money out of child's NDIS funds. Would not recommend this company at all.

My son broke his arm there, the Occupational therapist sat with me meters away, and my 5.5 year old climbed up 2 meters high and fell. There were other therapist in the room, nobody looked after my child, even when he fell amd was crying he came to us. We ended up.in the emergency after half an hour and we still had to pay the visit fee and they took one of our sessions from the care plan. I never go back, I have had a horrible experience 😞

Our daughter attended this service and was placed in the prep start program, they waited 1.5 months to decide that it wasn’t a great fit for her as she has ASD 3 non verbal, when called by the arrogant owner stated that she was being kicked out of the program as she screams too much and disrupts the class and she requires too much attention from educators, this service says they provide help to children with disabilities however I’m sure they aren’t a service for severe disability even though it state it does, staff don’t communicate with parents on progress pretty much lie to your face. This owner blamed my daughters disability as her fault. Then proceeded to offer one on one services, yeah right trying to keep the cash cows. The service is a great idea but completely false.

My children have been receiving therapy support here for some time now and have each made progress, great customer service too & good communication, overall happy

My two children have been with KTC for 3 years. Needless to say, we are very happy with them. They offer an array of dynamic services and are very responsive to individual needs and interests.
