I didn't know this free service existed - I'm so glad I found out about it. The man who checked the seat was great and very friendly, he was quite thorough and helpful. He made minor adjustments, but set my mind at ease that my son's car seat is safe.

Thank you for making sure my car seats are installed correctly. The installation was very quick, professional, and gave me peace of mind. Very glad I found your car seats installation service!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mel for her excellent work in refitting our baby car seat, which we originally purchased and had installed at Baby Bunting. Mel was thorough in identifying and resolving several issues and kept me informed throughout the process. It was reassuring to see Mel's genuine commitment to safety and professionalism. I now feel much more confident knowing that our baby’s car seat is fitted correctly and that my baby is safe. Thank you once again, Mel, for your assistance!

The car seat check and fitting service provided was fantastic. Mel was very thorough and provided explanations of every adjustment we needed and why. This service is a must. I think a car seat fitting should be mandatory for all. Purchasing a voucher for this service would make a great baby shower gift for a first time (or subsequent) mum!

Kids Safe was providing free car seats checks in my area and I had found my rear facing car seat (which I had paid to be installed) was loose and would move around, so I booked in just for some peace of mind. When I pulled up all three amazing staff started assessing both my car seats straight away and listening to my concerns. They explained why my seat was loose and removed unnecessary accessories and found other ways to improve the safety of my children. They also explained when I should be removed the new born inserts from the seat and how far back any front seats can go. The three staff were so polite, informative and just amazing.
