We have an incredible case manager for our son from the Geelong branch - Mary Lucia - her wealth of knowledge, her professionalism, her compassion & love of her job is nothing I have ever come across , the huge amount of time she has spent with myself to help our son is nothing short of amazing , a wonderful lady who I can clearly see has huge passion for her work , cannot recommend this amazing lady enough !!! Thankyou Mary !!!

I would give 0 Stars if I could. I would not recommend for support co-ordination. Complete lack of accountability, doesn’t complete required reports or action plan requirements for NDIS participant unless followed up (multiple times).
