After 8 years, have finally switched Plan Manager Leisure Networks have a name that really suits - a leisurely approach to not do more than pay invoices, at times from incorrect funding 'bucket'; no accountability nor responsibility taken and seemingly zero care I am sure some staff are great; I never discovered who had oversight of my Plan, despite numerous requests Only after funding amounts were almost exhausted were we so informed ... due to their mismanagement Cannot comment about other aspects of the company - recommend avoidance for being an NDIS Plan Manager ZERO STARS

Slow invoice payments, especially now as they are doing some internal system changes. Sorry to have to give a bad review, but there just are other plan managers out there that don't make us wait 30 days for payment. This is a ridiculous amount of time, and they know it, as they are apologising for it. I hope you can get things sorted guys. We rely on you for cashflow.

There’s been a noticeable improvement in invoice processing turnaround times since Ben Clutterbuck came on board recently. He’s been quick to respond to any concerns, which has really helped build confidence in the direction things are heading. The team has also been great to deal with over the phone - friendly, helpful, & a big step up from our previous experience.
