Lifeful Coordination And Management

We have been working with an amazing BSP from Lifeful since August 2024 - Tejas has changed our lives for the better. I am the parent of an 18 year with a disability, who's life had changed overnight after a TBI. Her life changed drastically overnight, from being able to run and jump - to having to use a wheelchair to access the community. She was in a state of trauma - fight or flight was in overdrive. She was physically attacking me multiple times a week requiring medical treatment for both of us. Now, I have a young lady that is happy to spend time with mum, we have had episodes where she is smiling (something we hadn't seen in 2 years), she is starting to find joy in her life and learning to trust again. Tejas showed compassion for our family as a whole, he has shown respect for my parenting style and our family values as a whole. He is creative in his problem solving, and more importantly he turns up and delivers! We still have a long way to go, but I have faith that all our lives will continue to improve in the future. Thank you so much for all you have done for our family.

I join the Lifeful family over three years ago. Before that I tried doing it on my own. They took over doing my support coordination and my life became so much easier. I have done things out in the community that has made my days more enjoyable. They have connected me with field trips to the farms that have horses and all kinds of other animals. Which is a great way to get rid of stress. The people at Lifeful Understand how hard it is for us living with a disability. And they make every effort to make sure you are included in the decision making process. That you do not feel left behind. Any time I have a question I can go to them, and they will help find a solution. I have nothing but praise for them. They are here to help and make life easier. I’d like to thank each and everyone for all their efforts, and to make the process enjoyable. I now get out more often so my world has gotten much bigger.
