A family member recently started receiving support from NDIS. We met with the NDIS local area coordinator from Melton who referred us to Lifeful. We couldn't be happier with the recommendation. Our Lifeful coordinator has been extremely helpful, patient and empathetic with our situation and needs.

Google MapsI must say I'm surprised by the number of reviews reporting excellent care, professionalism and qualified staff who deliver:- 1. Fast implementation of your plan to focus on the outcomes that matter to you. 2. A personal dedicated individual to come to know and understand you. 3. Hassle free management of all aspects of your plan where you are in charge. 4. The best services to maximise achievement of your goals. Unfortunately I don't share that opinion, but whether the company is at fault, or the care worker allocated to my daughter is responsible for my gross disappointment, I'm unable to establish at this current time. The experience, skill, training and knowledge of this young man is well below what one has a right to expect of someone employed in this "caring" role. Whether it's lack of interest, enthusiasm, empathy, motivation, understanding, communication skills or some other personality traits I'm unable to say, but certainly these are anomalous characteristics which I find unacceptable. Can I ask whether these "carers" have received any education relative to the many and varied conditions that are intimately associated with disability. Have they received any education in regard to symptoms of diseases and the effect they have on physical and/or mental capacity? Can they identify and/or anticipate decline in function? Clearly not in this instance. My daughter is VERY physically disabled and is desperately in need of a care manager who is also willing to act on her behalf as an advocate in respect of initiating contacts, assistance, products that will alleviate much of her suffering etc., but nothing of the sort has been suggested, and when she has rung this individual she feels unheard and nothing more than a troublesome nuisance. She has stated that she is in need of greater funding as her condition deteriorates, but was told, "Pfft, forget it, that'll happen next year in August of 2022," No explanation, no advice, no alternatives, no contacts, no way of addressing the matter. Just left like an abandoned child dumped in the outback to fend for herself. It's wrong on so many levels or maybe, like aged care, it's nothing more than a profit focused enterprise that in reality has little or no connection to compassion and caring? In any case I will be contacting Linda Reynolds, MP National Disability Insurance Scheme, requesting a "zoom" meeting with the NDIS Melbourne Head office, and asking for media coverage/investigation into this farce of a disability scheme, which from my perspective, is an abject failure. I fully intend to follow through not only in support of my adult child but for the hundreds of others who find themselves in in an identical situation. And THEY DO, believe me!
Appalling! One phonecall from the Lifeful care co-ordinator in nearly 9 months is very bad practice. How much money are these companies taking from funds allocated to disabled people without lifting a finger? It's not fair and it's an absolute rort. This laissez-faire attitude is what causes clients to fall through the cracks and end up in dire circumstances. I don't care how much compliance documentation is required, obviously it's not a fail-safe method of ensuring clients benefit from the provider's involvement since my partner has basically had NO assistance whatsoever. I'd very much like to see records of his "service plan" just to confirm or refute my suspicions. I see others have given favourable reviews and this is good, but not in our circumstances. The planning and followup is so bad that we have no alternative but to make an appointment with our local NDIS office to ensure genuine help is finally delivered. We will organise transfer to another provider.as soon as possible. Thanks for nothing.
Being a multiple "needs" family, having all of our NDIS requirements hosted by Lifeful has been a blessing. Plan management and coordination is done with exceptional service, request for supporting service's is always found within a timely manner, invoices are always paid out promptly, and a funding update is provided to you monthly. The whole team are polite and catering to all. Would not hesitate to recommend Lifeful, they simplify the stressful.
My husband has dementia and since being on NDIS we have had our Plan managed by Lifeful and also use a Support worker from there. We have had wonderful experiences with them. They have always been helpful and even some of the people we use for support have commented on how reliable they are paying invoices. I would therefore highly recommend their services if you're searching for help with this.
