Absolutely wonderful sanctuary where you are treated like a human being not just another number on the system compared to housing nsw offices in Sydney. They sincerely apologised for the way I was treated at a nsw housing branch (not connected to link housing) I am a male victim of domestic violence and I was treated with care and respect and priority needed in my case. I am sincerely grateful for this company and to Shania tuilaepa for working hard for me on my first visit. Hats off to them they all are in the right jobs they do care and treat you with dignity and respect. ❤

BEWARE: I attended a property inspection on the 11/3/21 at 6/64-66 The Esplanade, Thornleigh NSW 2120. The price was advertised as $300 per week as affordable housing by link. The times to view the property were 13:15 – 13:30.The property manager present at the inspection was Alicia Beik. The concerns I have are; that the unit was advertised for over a week with the $300 price , and then suddently was increased without any explanation on the 13/3/21 to $368 is either gross incompetence or could be baiting which is a terrible and illegal practice). Also I found Alicia to be quite rude. Firstly she told me I was late to the opening saying that it closed at 13.15, which was clearly a mistake and 2: She stated that I could not complete an online application , when I asked why this was the case she said the form was not available on line, but when I checked on the webiste it clearly is. After this terrible experience I strongly recommend you go to another affordable housing organisation.I also emailed Alicia to explain what was going on and no explanation given. Link have my details on file, so they could have rung me at anytime to discuss or her Manager could have emailed me. They chose not to. I also noticed they reduced the price again, so looks like they have no idea what they are doing.

I have been dealing with Rachel for a while now and safe to say she is professional at what she does! She is friendly and understanding around all aspects. Would highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

Not a good experience with Link Housing at all - I noticed a review for Vanessa below and I totally agree. We had a NCAT Hearing yesterday to try to get out $2,900 bond back for cleaning purposes and on the way I was in a car accident. When I eventually was able to phone in she was YELLING in the background about how we are ungrateful etc etc. I had to say - please take your emotion out of this. No compassion from Link Housing agents - none.

We have been working closely with Link to provide door to door transport solutions for their Link residents. So far the Operations teams have been working together to coordinate some terrific trips to combat social isolation. Great professional organisation to work with.
