It’s been 2 weeks since we notified Link Wentworth about the water seepage issue in the property we are renting in Pennant Hills. Everytime it rains, the water seeps in from the outside into the carpet of the bedroom and in the wardrobe.The property managers have been emailed pictures and called several times to address this issue. I have even emailed feedback@linkwentworth, Complaint Reference Number: 1011343 but no one has bothered to send someone to clean and dry out the carpets. We are currently using the living room to sleep since the bedroom is smelling awful with visible signs of mould on it. This is how tenants are treated who pay their rent on time. We are left to deal with the aftermath of rain ourselves.

Very disappointed and frustrated experience with Link Housing. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible real estate agent I have ever seen. I am a landlord. My property was broken in from the balcony and the tenant was assaulted. Police came and arrested the perpetrator. Link Housing staff only attended the site on the 6th day after the incident happened. They didn't call a locksmith for urgent repair and the property was left with a broken lock at the balcony. The apartment is on the ground floor and it can be easily accessed and broken in again when there is no working lock. The staff tried to block me from inspecting the damage, he told me to just have a look from the outside. When the staff eventually came to meet me at the building for inspection, he said he didn't have the key to access the property. I had to travel back again when a locksmith attended. When I aksed what is Link Housing's standard procedure for an emergency situation to protect the tenant and the property, he just kept silence, no answer. They only take my money and they don't take responsibility. I am very disappointed in Link Housing.

The people in this building seem like they don't all work for the same company. I've constantly been told different information from different people with the information never adding up. They have spent months being disrespectful and causing nothing but stress when they are meant be to housing support. I've honestly never felt helped from the people here. I would absolutely never recommend here, if you're struggling with housing please, please go somewhere else for the benefit of your mental health.
