Link Wentworth Housing Ltd

Not a great experience when looking at a property listed on realestate.com. First of all the photos of the property listed were not even remotely close to what was inspected. Secondly after driving from Brisbane to Byron for the inspection (4 hours return) And then 30min completing an application only to be told it was for NSW residents. Please do better and stop wasting peoples time !

I wish that Link Wentworth would try to see the rights I have under my lease and take them seriously. I reported bullying theft harassment assault and ridiculous vexatious allegations and threats by entitled group of tenants who have banded together because two where told to stop allegations and leave me alone so they recruited others to accomplish there goal. I have reported this and health hazard 7 months ago And council has made order but i was told by Link Wentworth was never made ? I got sent email confirming it was by council. Even when I report crimes which I have photographic evidence of the tenants lie and protect each other. All that aside I have sent emails that don’t get responded to telephone calls that don’t get returned and I feel like staff dismiss me i have no choice except transferringbut why have I been left with no option why has no one cared about my rights under lease why does link Wentworth not even try? I am a human and I have human rights yet I’m treated like I’m nothing even by people who answer phone the way they talk down and dismiss you as if your nothing is disgusting. I’ve lived here 25 years and it was disability and over 55 then it was changed without telling us and the level of rude entitled and disrespectful behaviour is ignored I didn’t sign a lease so others could break there’s and make life unbearable. But I would have expected at least an investigation into my complaints I haven’t moved yet and why do they think it’s OK to collude with dishonest tenants and offer no assistance so I can live with peace comfort and privacy. I feel I have no rights at all and why am I the one having to make compromises to my life while others get away with breaking their lease no integrity has been displayed in my case I was happy when link Wentworth took over because I had heard good things but unfortunately I’m very disappointed and feel why do I have a land lord this is the wild west Where crimes get ignored and so do the tenants rights under their lease and link Wentworth's policy’s don’t apply at all. .

I would like to thank the reception Tamara at the front desk for her postive attuidt and care,she made me feel like my life was valued in my frist time of homelessness with understanding and care she well deserves a raise.lisa another women of care and I can't remember her name but a tendency office lady who honestly are a true face of link Wentworth I plea to the public please RESPECT THESE 3 workers they care I am uncertainty for the 14 others staff members FULL RESULT OF OUTCOME I'm still homelessness but nice to feel some what human

I've had a very good experience with Link Wentworth, all the staff have been very nice to me. My maintenance has always been attended very quick. They've given me a sustainablilty package. I love my unit. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Link Wentworth.

Place for feeling insufficient &self humiliation. over a decade all my applications rejected. Even for those I was only applicant! They intoduced a paradox which only serve themselves. Seems organization has pointing system but in final decision is by guts and feeling! Simply they say landlord choose someone else. They seems serving low income and most in need people but always looking for stronger income applicant no matter income limit advertised. Lately I found out who gets the property that offered higher rate and closed the small margin to the market! So affordable home ad is just an illusion. Most agents from them I saw was arrogant, careless and bias toward certain group of people. I hate myself had such a long lasting hope from 'Link' 👎👎👎
