What an I say,I've been waiting for a priory transfer for safety reasons ,and have been waiting for 7 years. I've been paying rent for a unlivable property for 8 months and have had no help at all. Most unsociable accommodation available. I'm leaving because of an abusive neighbour . Link was no help at all,I don't feel safe or secure and have had no help in relation to this,just been brushed aside. All my previous property managers have been very unpleasant. It took over a year to replace my broken stove and several years to replace my leaking hot water service. I've chronic lung disease and my property is mould infested,leaving me basically in an hostile and unhealthy environment. Absolutely hopeless organisation. 7 years for an emergency transfer,unbelievable!!

Link Wentworth is probably the worst Community Housing Provider. The day Housing NSW handed our building over to them back in 2018 was the worst mistake. They are paid to maintain the building apartments and grounds and they do not apart from mow the grass and have a cleaner come in once a fortnight. The tenants in this

Worst customer service, we have emailed/called them to trim a tree that over shadows our building and has caused significant damages. They have a copy of counsel approval but will not share the details with us because privacy issue and we have been beating around the bush for two months now. The manager there is useless and will only talk like robot. Sorry but not helpful!!

The Link Wentworth Scholarship Program Ceremony was at Club Parramatta. It was a fantastic event with awesome live music, great food and drinks, and they kept the atmosphere friendly and fun. The staff and bosses were very entertaining and informative. The ceremony was done quickly and there was plenty of time to meet new people and enjoy all that was on offer. The scholarships went to so many deserving candidates from all ages I think the youngest being around 5? To older people and seniors. An amazing overall experience and a blessing to those of us that did not have the means to be able to do what we needed on our own.

Nobody here likes Link. They don't give a stuff if you need help, don't respond to emails/calls, but they harass you CONSTANTLY for their stuff (like their endless forms). Constant phone calls, Emails, texts, letters in the mail, letters attached to emails, and random staff at the door at anytime, and ALWAYS wanting to make home visits for no reason. So wack! Stop harassing the tenants. No other housing provider does this. It's friggen psychotic!! Zero Stars! We wanna go back to Dept of Housing!
