Web site is impossible to navigate,phone system is no better . I'm on CHCP (of you don't know what that is then don't read further) I cannot sweep, vacuum or wash floors due to too intense back pain I get doing these chores. The send me a "cleaner" ounce a fortnight supposedly for 2 hrs, I'm lucky if they are here an hour. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. To start she arrived 35 minutes late which wouldn't have mattered if I didn't have to go out, then, she washed the kitchen floor without vacuuming or or sweeping it first, washed around a small mat and didn't even bother to move chairs under the table. I'm done with them. I called and complained and was told "they are carers not cleaners" well, I don't need a carer, I need someone who knows how to do basic house cleaning.
