I NDIS self managed for several years and used selfmanager for payroll for our support workers. I knew and understood absolutely nothing about payroll before subscribing to selfmanager and found the training modules and personal one-on-one assistance invaluable. When I inevitably made a mess of things, the phone based assistance was not judgemental or condescending, but clear and solution focused. Cannot recommend highly enough.
