Manage It

From the start Manage IT has been exceptionally helpful and professional. Manage IT has made whole process easy to handle and always sort out any problems without delay. They have always been helpful with advice and make managing NDIS funds reasonable straight forward. I will and have in the passed recommended them to anyone who requires self managing their NDIS funding

The Self Manager software makes managing our NDIS payments so easy, from weekly payments to support workers to tax reporting to the ATO. I’ve been using it for about 2½ years and the team are always so friendly and helpful when I need assistance. I’d highly recommend Manage-It and the Self Manager platform.

Manage It is an outstanding Plan Manager. I have experience working with other Plan Managers but none comes close to Manage It when it comes to delivering services. Seok Yin is the best, she is extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, goes above and beyond (list goes on:)...but most importantly they are Human. They care and always wants the best and what's right for both participants and providers. Highly recommend Manage It.

Started up with Manage It, was given a plan manager, and nothing further. So I took it upon myself to write an email, introduce myself, explain my disability and how I generally manage my funds. I sent thru a few invoices, some were paid, some were not. I was then asked for bank statements to prove the legitimacy of an invoice. Id never needed to produce a statement to my previous plan manager of two-years so I questioned the request and was informed that all purchases in the future would need to go through her, and asked my permission to contact the seller to prove its legitimacy. She then took it upon herself this time without my permission to contact the NDIA and incorrectly advise them ive done 'bulk modifications' to my wheelchairs when in actual fact I do all my own servicing since 1992 and have flawless wheelchairs. I was then told im to have all my servicing done by a third party, and seek an assessor to pass the relevant safety checks (?). At this point I terminated services, and didnt get a single email from my manager, or a supervisor at Manage It. Was just brushed aside. This is a plan manager thats not in it for anything other than answering an advertisement on seek and filling a position with zero knowledge on the disabilities and people they are being paid to manage. Id much rather have real support, and not virtue-signalling political propaganda in emails about a referendum. Focus on disabilities rather than political agendas. Really disappointed that this is being done in the disability industry.

We have nothing but praise and admiration for our designated plan manager Seok. Her professional, approachable, considerate, helpful, and caring nature has made our lives so much easier when we are seeking support or confused with matters pertaining to our son’s condition. We have been with Manage IT for 3 years and I believe if this is the work ethics Manage IT promotes, we will continue to stay with this company, and highly recommend to others to use their valuable, knowledgeable service, and competent invoicing process. Five stars for sure!
