Very disappointed with their service, therapists change all the time. My son's appointments were discontinued without notifying us as his therapist had left the job and he wasn't assigned a new one, instead sending him back to the waitlist and has been passed 6 months. After many calls, he still has not been accommodated, though reception told us last month that a slot has opened for my son and the therapist will call us herself to start the sessions but never called. Fed up of chasing them anymore for such unprofessional behaviour.
