Marsden Therapy

The search is finally over! My son had been with several OTs in our area and it is only Lyssa who showed genuine passion for her craft, her techniques and approach are what my son needs to develop and hone his skills. She explained thoroughly what happened during the session, what area we need to focus and build so much rapport with my son. She is an asset to Marsden Therapy! We highly recommend her! My son really enjoys his therapy and always looking forward to be in this place! You are a legend, Lyssa!!! ❤️ Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marsden Therapy has been an incredible support for my son, who attends both ABA and OT at the clinic. The team is compassionate, professional, and highly skilled, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for children and families. The ABA sessions have been transformative, helping my son develop essential skills and confidence in ways that truly matter to our family. The OT team is equally amazing, tailoring activities to his specific needs and making therapy engaging and effective. I’m so grateful for the dedication and care the Marsden Therapy team shows every step of the way. They’ve made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This would have to be the unorganized business I have ever come across. Such a disappointing experience here and would not recommend.

The therapists are wonderful. The reception/admin Corina however can be aggressive in her approach to collecting fees from parents. While i understand there are policies and signed service agreements in place there is no need for hostile interactions that paint parents in a bad light as if we are attempting to avoid payment. I tried to email the clinic to make a complaint and have only managed to get a response from the lady reaponsible for the phone call in question. I have asked to be heard by a third party and have not yet been contcated to resolve it. The tone was aggressive, when i tried to discuss the issue i was dismissed, spoken over and accused of "rushing out". I would hope to hear from someone soon to have my complaint heard fairly.

I do not recommend this service at all. The therapist is constantly cancelling sessions, the session finishes early, the invoices are not correct at times, they never phone back and the fees are too much. There is a high staff turnover and I can understand why. One of the reasons we cancelled is because of how rude and disrespectful the manager is. She talks rudely to parents, has no caring bone in her body and is so insensitive, she is meant to be working with special needs families yet does not show compassion. She treats parents terribly those of non-Australian backgrounds or Mums who didn’t speak good English after witnessing many times how condescending she was. I am in shock she calls herself a manager when she has no customer service skills and no people skills. You have to be desperate to end up here. I wouldn’t waste my time and money. Go elsewhere.
