This place rip of our war veterans ndis fund in their service booking did not end cancel to release the funds back to ndis That’s not fair as war veterans and pensions cannot afford time and money to delay.

With this company less than a year as a client, and the service has declined markedly. I'm still needing help 2-3 days a week, but only got 1 day in the last two weeks. They arbitrarily make decisions about and reduce support without talking to the client first.

I have been with Maxlife Care for 5 Years since 2020 and i just want to say that it’s been awesome and I have made a lot of friends and they give a lot of confidence and passion

Absolutely appalling care the head office care of nothing exept money gaslighting , ignoring and no taking accountability for anything They have a so called clinical team which show absolutely no help the GP wouldn’t be able to find his way out of a paper bag if he tried Staff are overworked and under appreciated Clients being neglected with extremely poor medication control and routine Coupled with staff that should have been told to go but havnt even when those staff members put distress and detriment to clients Nothing but empty promises Never send yourself or a loved one here you will only see them suffer with lack of care compassion and only about money

Poor communication, hopeless company don’t recommend if you want to wait over a month to get started with work!!
