Our experience with this SIL provider was one of profound disappointment and frustration. The standard of care was consistently poor, unhygienic, and unprofessional. They are terrible with communication - serious issues went unaddressed and did not get taken seriously, even after repeated efforts of our family trying to raise our concerns with house staff, their area supervisors and the so called organisational leaders. The SIL house my mum one was in was not just poorly run - it placed her in an environment which compromised her health, safety and dignity. Disgusted by the complete lack of accountability, compassion and genuine care.

I am beyond disgusted with the way this company have treated my Sister. Not the staff but this company. They started out amazing at first after my sister suffered a stroke and a brain aneurysm. Now they are trying to charge for things that they have not done for her. She does not get to go to important appointments like Physio and Water activities which are vital for her recovery as they apparently don't have enough staff! This is heartbreaking as my sister and our family have trusted them and they have been fraudulently been charging for outings that have never happened and just keep taking more and more. I am asking that you reconsider your choice of care for your loved one if you are considering this company!

I was very happy how Maxlife care looked after my wife until she passed away. They staff stepped up and provided a lot of empathy and compassion. I work myself in disability support so I know what to expect and how people burn out and how challenging it can be. I also visited 3 times per week, so I did know what was going on. The Maxlife staff were doing things that was important to us, lifting the mood, making every day the best it can be. I know things, don't always go to plan and things get lost, forgotten, etc, but I am grateful that Liz's life improved dramatically under their care.
