I regret to chose them as plan managers they are horrible and very bad service. I sent many emails and they don’t answer, I called them multiple times they promised to get back and they didn’t. The invoices is very basic not much details in .

Moira has been wonderful and have been assisting me with managing my NDIS plan. I find their staff approachable and know the NDIS system well. They take the hassle out of having to deal with the bills and always inform me of what's happening every step of the way. My support worker and coordinator is also happy that their invoices are paid quickly.

after being with another plan manager for a couple of years, i made the move to moira earlier this year after speaking to both my support worker and coordinator. i should have moved earlier and avoided all the headaches. what i did learn is that i could move providers any time and not have to wait until my plan finishes. what a world of difference it has been with moira. i now have full visibility of my invoices. they have a app that i can see a copy of my invoice. i can review and authorise invoices and am in control. they have one simple graph that shows how my plan is being used and none of the confusing multiple graphs the previous plan manager had. the service is great, patient and they very understanding. thank you and i hope others get to experience moira services.
