Motion Specialties

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, Customer service was incredible. Zach was Extremely professional and provided us with the best possible wheelchair for our situation

I got the Smart Drive MX2 from Motion Specialties, and Zack was excellent to work with. He made sure I had what I needed throughout the whole process gave me space to figure things out on my own but stepped in with real support when I needed it. I’m using the MX2 on a TiLite ZR manual wheelchair, and it’s been a solid setup. The drive is powerful and very responsive especially when turning. It’s like driving a car. You need to get used to how it handles and tweak the settings to match your needs. Zack helped me get it dialed in. Heads up: you need the Smart Drive MX2+ app (blue icon in the app store). That’s what gets you started and gives access to the key features. Zack knows the product, respects your independence, and actually helps you get the most out of what you’re buying. Highly recommend him and the MX2.

The team at motion specialist on the Gold Coast were super helpful and considerate to deal with. Only sales team that we talked too that we felt we could really trust to help our family. Would definitely recommend

My son is currently using the Quantum Edge and Quantum Outback 4 x 4. Both of these machines have been so precisely custom built to meet his needs, that my 11 year old son has so much more independence and freedom, it has been life changing for all of us. Nothing is ever too hard for Zac, he always had such an open mind to ideas and suggestions. My son is treated with so much kindness and respect, as are we, as Zac is so patient and empathetic to our needs. Some visits have comprised of hours of hands on work, other visits have involved he and us brainstorming ideas. Nothing is ever too hard, and if he doesn’t have the solution then and there, he humbly goes searching for it. Always on time, always responsive, incredibly professional, and a company that we will 100% be supporting for many many years. Thank you for all of your help and support Zac!

Zac was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, providing solutions that exceeded my expectations. The range of mobility aids and assistive devices they offer is impressive, and I found exactly what I needed with their expert guidance. I also appreciated their follow-up care. They’ve made a significant positive impact on my mobility and quality of life! Thank you, Motion Specialties team!
