Motion Specialties

As an Occupational Therapist, I’ve worked with Motion Specialties for a range of scripted manual and power wheelchairs. They’ve consistently been accommodating, responsive, and go the extra mile to support both myself and my clients. I’d especially like to acknowledge Zac for his professionalism and collaborative approach throughout the process. I would confidently recommend their services.

The Motion Specialists team were extremely knowledgeable and Zac really took the time work with me to identify what the best fit for me would be. Exceptional customer service, and a check in call a couple of weeks later was a really nice touch! It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to leave a review, but I couldn’t recommend them more

So have this chair and we have accidentally thrown out the back rest. These people seem to lack the most basic of comprehension skills. All I wanted to know is if I can get a replacement part (backrest) for this model. They just keep telling me it was never supplied with a backrest. Which it was. I don’t know of any wheelchairs that don’t come complete to the point of being able to sit in them. They are completely useless avoid the headache of trying to deal with these incompetents.

I recently purchased a power chair for my father and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I dealt with Zac, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The power chair has been fantastic — comfortable, reliable, and easy to use. Really happy with both the product and the service. Would definitely recommend!

We had Josh come out today to fit my client to her wheelchair and the service was above and beyond. Answered all questions detailed instructions and helpful information and guidance. We even had a great chat very down to earth knowledgeable young man. Client is very happy with everything 5 stars
