Moto 2 - Motobility Mandurah

I went in looking for a scooter for my father and met Alan. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and the complete opposite of pushy. He was more interested in getting the right piece of equipment for dad than just making a sale. Gave me great advice and was a genuine, kind person that just wanted to help. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for mobility equipment or advice and am extremely grateful for the help I was given. Thanks mate!

Purchased a Solax shop rider, all staff were very helpful, particularly Chrisie Raven & John. They were very knowledgeable on their stock and very customer focused. Very easy to deal with.

They took good care of us they gave us a loner scooter and took care of a difficult to fix problem. Great service

A few months ago, they bullied my elderly parents into a recliner chair that wasn't fit for purpose. The manager is an extremely rude person to deal with and has no morals. If purchasing through an NDIS/AGED package, make sure your name is on the invoice so consumer affairs can fight on your behalf. Motobility were supposed to bring various chairs for them to try, but only brought one and kept saying that is the only one for him. The package provider called on on my parents behalf 3 days after, to try to get it replace, and after numerous calls and emails to no avail, I personally rang the Mandurah store and no I didn't have to cut the call short for a appointment, I also call head office and once again was treated with purer contempt. Consumer Affairs would have taken them to court, but they couldn't because it was the Health Provider name on the invoice.
