I just wanted to send you guys a huge thank you for your outstanding service and support over the last 5 months. After a very traumatic fall, i came to you with a million questions and needs and you have been just brilliant. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, empathy and support. Kristy you have gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate it so very much. Your professionalism with Workcover on my behalf and the red tape you had to deal with was handled perfectly and really assisted my claim being successful. To Alan and Adele, thank you as well for letting me pop in and ask questions and assisting with other needs re my disability. I now have a one stop shop for all my mobility needs and know i can buy with confidence. But most of all thank you for improving my quality of life, you will never know truly what it means to me and my hubby.

Alan Whittaker from Motobility Mandurah has been 100% top notch in all aspects of my Mobility Scooter purchase. Alan travelled from Mandurah to Collie with 4 options of Mobility Scooters and 2 different l types of Hoist onboard, Alan showed us the "ins and out" of each product and availed us plenty of time to try each item. Alan took the time to understand my needs and scope of how my mobility scooter would be used, this meant the demonstration / trial was targeted to my needs rather than to the sale of any product(s). Right from first contact to the day of the demonstration / trial, Alan has been brilliant!! We are delighted with the product, the process, the service and of course the price. I contacted Mobility Mandurah to enquire about an electric wheelchair for my dad. I spoke to Alan who answered all my initial queries and invited us to book a time to go in to the store so that dad could view and test the wheelchairs. When we arrived Alan greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner. Cristie then took us through the range of wheelchairs suitable for dad and assisted him with testing the ones he wanted. Once he decided which one he liked Cristie guided him through the featured of the wheelchair and answered all his questions. Cristie was patient, friendly and very professional, with a wealth of product knowledge. Dad purchased the wheelchair and Alan even delivered it to dad a few days later and again went through the features, taking his time to ensure dad was able to use it. Both Alan and Cristie were so patient and helpful to dad, they are an asset to Mobility Mandurah and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone requiring mobility equipment.

My wife's scooter was routinely serviced today by Joe who was extremely helpful, affable, friendly and professional. We were delighted with his meticulous work and certainly recommend him to anyone requiring his service through Mobility Mandurah thank you very much. Doug and Kathy.
