It is not always easy being a Support Coordinator but today the young lady that assisted me made my job a lot easier every question I asked was handled very professionally and by the end of the call I walked away with a clear path to better help my participant and gained the knowledge to deal with any similar issues facing my participants. Well done for excellent service and for always being there to help with unclear situations.
