I was suggested Oncall through a friend, big mistake that was! The first behaviour support practitioner we had was useless! Called me once every 4 months if I was lucky, I met him in person once & that was by chance, I was never given any updates, the report we got was full of spelling errors from my name, my details to my child's details shocking & very poorly written! We then got passed onto another BSP I had one phone call with her in January 2024 to introduce herself, I didn't hear from her for another 4 months but in that space I was billed over $200 for a visit that never occurred! I was then told "it's to fix up all the spelling errors." The spelling errors that the company made in the first place! I tried to follow up via email and was told that the BSP was unwell but however she'd schedule in an appointment that would suit me I told her the times that would suit me, unfortunately I wasn't listened too so therefore my child missed out on kinder due to the BSP incompetence! This BSP assured me that visits would start the following week or within the next 2 weeks. It's been a month and nothing is scheduled in. The lack of communication, the incompetence & the silence is disgusting! Avoid at all costs!

I would prefer to rate this organisation NO STARS because they will not clean up their act outside one of their buildings. Litter/toilet rolls/gloves/cigarette butts/coffee cups and today an old MOP HANDLE with a plastic bag full of used toilet rolls and cleaning rags. The "woman"on the phone at their office in Surrey Hills claimed its not their job to clean it up. These people are dirty filthy lazy and thing theyte beyond anyone else. They need to clean up their act NOW after at least 4 years of total ignorance. Their carers tip their food containers out of their cars looking like vomit. Some even piss next to their cars overnight.

Sitting at Eastland shopping centre having lunch and witnessed one of your carers totally ignoring the needs of their clients. One client was trying to eat rice on her own,food was going everywhere and she was picking the food off her clothes to eat it. Not once did the the carer help or even interact with them. For 30 minutes l watched her on her phone and even put ear phones in. I’m a support worker myself and it was making me angry. I approached the carer and asked her to help them and was told they are ok. Disgusting behaviour by her and l was not the only person watching her and commenting.
