Orange Plan Management is an exceptional NDIS service provider . As a disability worker with many years of experience I have worked with many different service providers who have not been as punctual or understanding in their communication. Orange Plan Management are so easy to deal with and can troubleshoot at anytime! No wait tikes when you need to speak to someone for help with a participants plan. Extremely up to date with all industry updates. A really great team of people that care.

We found communication and account transparency difficult while using this plan manager. We had to repeatedly follow up invoices and clarify balances, and at one point were advised funds were exhausted without prior warning despite statements indicating remaining funds. This created unnecessary stress while managing therapies for our child. Hoping future families receive accurate budgeting updates and proactive notifications to prevent surprises.
