Exceptional facility and outstanding staff. Very client focused and knowledgeable regarding ndis responsibilities and procedures. Highly recommend they always go above and beyond.

This company should be shut down. The neglect for my disabled elderly mother has been truly shocking. This company is not about looking after or caring for anyone except their own business and a making profit. STAY AWAY

Our pacc has great management...& also staff ..very approachable relaxed atmosphere The client 's are well cared for ..each client's needs are meet .. The premises are clean well stocked The client's rooms are clean always grounds are always maintained Every one makes you feel welcome ❤️ our Pacc

Very unprofessional , this place sees our vunerable members of society as a way to take money without providing any appropriate duty of care and when family members step in to help they are dismissed and treated poorly. The staff members are rude alot of the time. Independence is taken away and no one cares. My mum was treated like trash when she tried to move out they tried to stop her taking her tv as it was the only tv in the house they said it did not belong to her when she brought it herself. This company showed no respect.
