Our Pacc

My special needs daughter went to Our Pacc Day Options for a couple of years. I cannot speak highly enough of the lovely staff & Our Pacc in general. They have well planned organised activities each day, well suited to my daughter’s needs. They organised excursions out to the movies & other places as well. I’m truly thankful for the time & effort they spent taking care of my daughter. 😀😀

Pacc is a great organisation that is there to help assist you in a positive way, the management & staff are great people who care about you & your situation, it is a safe & well kept facility for all to use & enjoy, I am great full for all that PACC has done for me & continues to help me everyday. PACC have been looking after my father since 2022. Unfortunately due to a medical condition in 2021 he is no longer able to take care of himself and I am unable to take care of him full time due to my heart condition. PACC should be praised for their care and support. The relief that I felt once my dad had moved in is unbelievable. I no longer need to worry about my dad being neglected like the previous care facility was doing to him. Their support staff go above and beyond to make my dad feel comfortable and always has someone to chat with. The management team are very understanding and accommodating to meet our needs to keep my dad safe and supported. I love Our PACC!!!! Please keep up the fantastic work and support.

Our PACC team cared for my brother during an extremely challenging time in his life. Due to his complex medical needs, he required two to three people assisting him daily, and the staff always stepped up with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. The support workers consistently went above and beyond to care not only for my brother, but also for our family. They treated him with dignity, respect, and kindness every single day, and that meant more to us than words can express. The relief I felt knowing he was in such capable and caring hands was immense. I trusted them completely, and that trust was earned through their dedication and the way they always prioritised his comfort and wellbeing. The management team was equally understanding, compassionate, and supportive. They communicated clearly; listened to our concerns, and worked with us to make sure my brother received the very best care possible. Our family will always be grateful for the love, patience, and professionalism shown by the entire PACC team. Their care made an incredibly difficult time a little gentler for all of us.
